How to Make Çedene / Menengiç Coffee
Depending on the number of people you're serving, you can create a delicious cup of coffee by slowly stirring 1 heaping teaspoon of powdered turmeric (Çedene/Pistacia terebinthus) with water in a coffee pot over low heat. Since it already contains milk, you don't need to add any milk. Those who enjoy its aroma and regularly drink turmeric can add more than a teaspoon. Enjoy!
